Ben Tennyson est un garçon de 10 ans comme les autres, embarqué pour l'été dans un voyage sans surprise avec son grand-père Max et sa cousine Gwen. C'est en tout cas ce qu'il croit jusqu'à ce qu'il découvre l'Omnitrix, une étrange montre extra-terrestre cachée à l'intérieur d'une météorite écrasée sur Terre. Désormais, grâce à l'Omnitrix, Ben peut se transformer en 10 héros extra-terrestres, chacun ayant ses propres pouvoirs. Ben va d'ailleurs avoir besoin du maximum de pouvoirs s'il veut sauver le monde menacé par Vilgax et ses diaboliques armées extra-terrestres...
